Rutgers wide receiver Tim Brown and cornerback Devin McCourty each earned Big East player of the week honors for their performances against Connecticut this past Saturday. Brown was named the offensive player of the week while McCourty took home special teams player of the week honors. Those individual accolades are also indicative of the improvement Rutgers' offensive and special teams units have made throughout the season.
